We believe that everyone should have a quality home to live in and we are responsible for playing a role in addressing the challenges of limited quality supply faced every day. With the lack of Affordable Housing forever on the National agenda, we decided that our skills would, and could help to make a real difference for our partners.

In Wales, we are facing an acute housing supply shortage, especially where affordable housing is concerned. The Welsh Assembly Government has pledged additional funding to Welsh Housing Associations to support the delivery and improvement of social housing.

Interstrand are seeking the opportunity to secure long term partnerships with Welsh RSL’s across the sector and our aim is to become a Customer-Focused Partner providing quality housing within South Wales.
